This is just a quick video showing a Dell Vostro 220 BIOS Update from 1.1.3 to 1.3.0. The BIOS is updated directly in Windows XP. The BIOS Flash Utility is opened in Windows XP and the BIOS is erased and programmed directly in Windows. The last portion of the video shows the computer booting up with the new BIOS installed on the Dell computer.
