In a dramatic confrontation, Kenny faces off against his corrupted sister Karen, who has been overtaken by the Pibby Corruption. With the musical backing of Eric Cartman and Kyle Broflovski, the trio performs the song "Fallen Angel." However, midway through the performance, Kenny is brutally stabbed in the chest by the Pibby Corruption, which reveals its sinister, smiling yellow emoji face amidst its black, glitchy, liquid-like form. As Karen mutates into a colossal, monstrous version of herself, Eric Cartman foolishly displays his misguided bravery, while Kyle grows increasingly concerned for Kenny's safety. In the third quarter of the song, Kenny is dragged into darkness, collapsing to the ground in a state of insensibility, while Eric suffers severe injuries, his limbs torn from his body and bleeding profusely as he too becomes a victim of the corruption. This leaves Kyle as the last hope to confront Karen in a fit of rage. As the corruption extends its tentacles towards Kyle, he valiantly defends himself with a golf club, managing to fend off the attacks. It seems he might survive, continuing his defensive strikes against the tentacles, which only serves to enrage the corruption further. Its emoji face turns a furious red, teeth gritted and one eye glimmering with a menacing red light, before it inflicts painful corruption upon Kyle, marking the tragic end of the trio.
