According to legend (and the Pokédex apparently), the rainbow Pokémon Ho-oh is said to bring eternal happiness to those who witness it. It is also said that will reveal itself before a pure-hearted trainer by shining its bright rainbow-colored wings. SO what this all means is that because this Ho-oh has appeared in your sub box, you are of pure heart and you will listen to this and obtain eternal happiness! ...Then again, the Pokédex also says that Ho-oh possesses seven-colored wings, which is blatantly false. OH WELL.
